Our approach to resolving member complaints
At Tru Cooperative Bank, formerly First West Credit Union, we value feedback and are committed to investigating all complaints we hear about our products or services. If you’re dissatisfied, we want to hear from you. Please follow these Complaints Handling Procedures to submit your complaint.
*The Bank Act (Canada) requires certain civil enforcement documents such as writs and court orders to be served on a member’s branch of account. However, in compliance with the Support Orders and Support Provisions (Banks and Authorized Foreign banks) Regulations, this office has been designated for the service of family support orders or support provisions for all members from all provinces and territories.
